Clifford Peggan HulanPublished Wednesday, December 3, 1997 in the Nevada County PicayuneClifford Peggan Hulan, 78, of Prescott died Tuesday, November 25, 1997, in St. Michael Health Care Center in Texarkana, Texas. Mr. Hulan was born May 19, 1919, in Prescott. He was a retired as a highway maintenance employee for Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department Survivors include his wife, Winifred White Hulan of Prescott; two daughters, Mary Sue Lavendar of Florence, Ala., and Rebecca Ann Hulan of Prescott; one brother, William Fredrick Hulan of Prescott; three grandchildren, Carla Michelle McKim, K.T. Michelle Hamilton and Ronald Alexander Hulan. Graveside services were in Liberty Cemetery with Rev. Ricky Burke officiating.
