Anna M. Hurst

Anna M. Hurst, 87, of North little Rock, formerly of Prescott, died Sunday, November 30, 1997, in a North Little Rock hospital.

Mrs. Hurst was born February 11, 1910, in Providence, R.I. She was a housewife and mother and served in the Women's Army Corps during World War II. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey H. Hurst. Mrs. Hurst was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in North Little Rock.

Survivors include a brother-in-law, Irra Hurst and his wife June of Shreveport, La.; three sisters-in-law, Inez Russell and her husband Bob of Prescott, Nellie Jewell of Prescott and Flora Loe of Prescott; five nieces and nephews in Rhode Island and Maryland and 15 nieces and nephews in Arkansas and Louisiana.

Funeral services were Saturday, December 6, at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home Chapel in Prescott with Rev. Allen Womack officiating. Burial was in Laneburg Cemetery under the arrangements of Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott.

In lieu of flowers, the family ashs that donations be made to Laneburg Cemetery Fund c/o Mrs. Phena Fincher, RR 1, Emmet.
