Miss PHS Pageant Is SaturdayPublished Wednesday, December 10, 1997 in the Nevada County PicayuneThe 1998 Miss Prescott High School Pageant will be held Saturday, December 13, at 7:00 p.m. The pageant will take place in the newly rebuilt auditorium at the high school. This year's theme for the pageant is "The Present Moment." The stage will be beautifully decorated with the Christmas theme. The pageant will consist of the following competitive events: interview, sportswear, talent and evening gown. Interviews will take place the afternoon of the pageant. Contestants for the pageant are Mistie Holley, Laura Beth Williams, Sunshine Kelley, Toni Muldrow, Melanie Reitzell, Brandy Stuckey, Crystal Moss, Kristen Teague, Kelley Wren, Johnna Bryan, and Ada Nixon. The 1997 Miss PHS is Kelli Ashbrook. Entertainers for the Miss PHS pageant will be Tangela Ross, Kenney Wiley, Kim Wiley, Kristi Heckman and Racheal Dougan. The pageant is sponsored by the Wolf Trail staff with Mrs. Carie Maroon and Mrs. Kendra Haynie as coordinators. Wolf Trail members include Jana Barfield, Kim Chambliss, Rita Fountain, Lindsay Franks, Lesley Grimes, Phillip Harris, Sarah Hicks, Laura Johnston, Tamra Marlar, Ada Nixon, Lindsey Powell, Melanie Reitzell, Trish Thompson, Jessie Ward, Mike Wilson and Kelley Wren. Tickets are $3 in advance or $4 at the door. Tickets may be purchase from any contestant, Wolf Trail member, Kendra Haynie, Carie Maroon or the high school office.
