Bodcaw NewsPublished Wednesday, December 24, 1997 in the Nevada County PicayuneMerry Christmas to all. The season is upon us. In fact ours was today. We usually have our Christmas on the Sunday before Christmas. Chris Butler is home on leave from basic training. He goes back to Georgia. Maudie Miller went with her son, Richard, and Susan to Conway for graduation of son and grandson, Britt Miller. Marie Tye spent a few days in El Dorado with Jeanette and Bob Spencer. It was good to have Dr. Darren Hamm and family visiting in church. It was always good to have visitors. The youth at church put on a Christmas program on Sunday night. It was real good job and after the program the was a time of fellowship and eating. This time of the year seems to be lots of eating. Jerry Dillard has retired and must plan on traveling.
