Mrs. Jackie Butler and daughter from Dallas, Texas, visited Mrs. Lula Butler Sunday.

Mrs. Odelle Collier and friend, Mrs. Dale Harwell, from Hope visited her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Elgie Carmon, Sunday.

Bill Rhodes from Rosston visited Mr. and Mrs. Louie Dillard Thurs.

Winnie DeWitt and Wayne Gibson (twins) celebrated their birthday on Sunday with a surprise party provided by their families. They were very pleased to see so many members of their family.

Our community has been blessed with youth during the holidays. The Prescott school FTA, FBLA and choral club and Honor society, the Mt. Moriah Church youth and the Bluff Springs Baptist Church youth have all visited last week.

Mary Key enjoyed a visit from her husband, Richard Key.

Will Dan Haspon had a visit from his daughter, Carolyn, over the weekend.

Mr. and Mrs. Denton Hawley had many visitors last week. Among them were Dixie and Bill Haynie of Oklahoma, Mrs. Dildy, Mr. and Mrs. Olen Loe, Marie and J.B. Giles from San Antonia, Texas, John and Gloria Binder from Little Rock and Sue Mitchell from Hope.

David Dillard and two children from Holly Springs visited grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Louie Dillard, Saturday.

Mrs. Oma Bray from Bismarck visited her mother, Mrs. Willie Cox, Friday.

Mrs. Debbie Gunnel from Shreveport, La., visited her grandmother, Mrs. Martha Manning, Saturday.

Bobby Abby from Little Rock visited her mother, Mrs. Louise Pounds, Saturday.

Mrs. Tammy Mannes from Pine Bluff visited her grandfather, Noel Cummings, Saturday.

Mrs. Kim Burton from Shreveport spent Sunday with parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Milam,, and family Sunday.

James Cummings from Dallas, Texas, is here to attend the funeral of his mother, Mrs. Jessie Cummings. We extend our sympathy to this sweet family in the loss of their wife, mother and grandmother.

We had a wonderful visit form the Laneburg Baptist Church Sunday afternoon.

The Melon Vine Girl Scouts, Troop 76 visited and sang carols on Saturday afternoon. We all enjoyed them very much.
