Louise Haynie

Louise Haynie, 70, of Prescott, died Wednesday, January 28, 1998.

Mrs. Haynie was born February 26, 1927, in Prescott. She was a circuit clerk for Nevada County and served in political offices in Nevada County for 28 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Haynie. Mrs. Haynie was a member of First Christian Church..

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Labe and Linda Haynie of Prescott; two brothers, Tillman Carruthers of Prescott and Leon Carruthers of Hope; one sister, Ann Campbell of Laneburg; and one granddaughter, Michelle Haynie Nichols of Ft. Worth, Texas.

Funeral services were Saturday, January 31, at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Neil Ridling officiating. Burial was in DeAnn Cemetery in Prescott under the direction of Shackelford Funeral Home of Prescott.
