Two Reddies Are Named To All-Conference

Two Henderson State University men's tennis players were named to the All-Gulf South Conference (GSC) team, and for the first time in school history, an HSU student-athlete was named the league's Most Valuable Player.

Erik Pickett, a junior from Hot Springs Village was named MVP of the GSC West Division and both Pickett and junior Jonathan Martin of Prescott made the All-GSC team for a second straight year.

Both players went 6-5 in singles play this year, and they formed HSU's top-ranked doubles team, posting a 6-5 record.
