W.S. 'Dub' CrankPublished Wednesday, May 13, 1998 in the Nevada County PicayuneW.S. 'Dub' Crank, 77, of Willisville died Sunday, May 3, 1998. Mr. Crank was born July 7, 1920, in Rosston to Robert A. and Mana Louise Rollings Crank. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was retired from Berry Petroleum. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Brandon McKamie. Survivors include his wife, Elsie Crank of Willisville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Margaret and Johnny Morris and Mary and Johnny McKamie of Magnolia; two granddaughters and their husbands, Lisa and Bubba Whittemore and Donna and Tye Tribble of Magnolia; one brother, Robert Crank of McNeil; two great granddaughters and one great grandson. Graveside services were Monday, May 4, at Willisville Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Evans officiating. Burial was under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home of Magnolia. Pallbearers were Bubba Whittemore, Tye Tribble, Kelly Waller, Richard Magness, Tommy Waters, Gaylon Waters, Johnny Ship and Bruce Langford.
