Mary had an appointment with her doctor. Marcia Rhodes spent part of last week in Nashville, Tenn. She was with a group of Home Interior ladies. Double 'C' Extension Home-makers will meet Wednesday evening at 6:30 at the Cale City Hall. Margie Reed and I and Bonnie and Betty Barham of Cale visited Mary Reeves in the Camden Hospital Friday. Mary had hip replacement and is receiving therapy in Camden. The Glass family celebrated their monthly supper at the Spinning Wheel in Hope Saturday evening with 32 family and friends present. Don't forget the fourth Thursday night singing January 22 at 7:00 at Morris Baptist Church. Powel Cross is going into Wadley Hospital this week for some tests. Ann Loe celebrated her birthday ask her if you want to know which one with her family at Woods in Camden Tuesday evening.
