Faye Harris, 67, of Prescott, died Wednesday, January 14, 1998, in St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana.

Mrs. Harris was born March 31, 1930, in Maude, Texas, to Joseph C. and Bessie Nichols Richey. She was a retired State Revenue Agent of 25 years in Nevada County. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Prescott and the Eastern Star and Arkansas State Employees Association. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Harris.

Survivors include her husband, Paul Harris of Prescott; one son, Michael 'Mike' Richie Harris of Fort Worth, Texas; three sisters, Lila Lee of Dallas, Texas, Lottie Beasley of Red Water, Texas and Maxine Freeman of Prescott; two grandchildren, Haley Baker Harris Carter of Arkadelphia and Michael Heath Harris of Fort Worth, Texas; and a special friend, Julianna Stockton.

Funeral services were Saturday, January 17, at the Church of Christ in Prescott with Gene Cloer and Harley Sisson officiating. Burial was in DeAnn Cemetery in Prescott. Arrangements were under the direction of Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home of Prescott.
