His college friends and Redland School friends had a get together in Hope on Saturday, February 7. Billie Ridling made all the plans to honor her son, Johnny, on his 50th birthday on Sunday. Because of a train wreck in Arkansas and Johnny is employed by the railroad company, he had to work, but all of Billie's kids and their families were there to celebrate for him. Also attending were John and Mary Lou Cobb from Texarkana. Glad to report Libby Crane and Gina Burdue are home from the hospital and now it's the long road to recovery.
