Lillion Louise TewaltPublished Wednesday, February 18, 1998 in the Nevada County PicayuneLillion Louise Tewalt, 60, of Hope died Monday, February 9, 1998, at St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana. Mrs. Tewalt was born September 9, 1937, to Arthur Boyd Clark and Mamie B. Gray Clark of Hempstead County. She was employed by Columbia Sewing Company and a member of Prescott Church of Christ. Survivors include one daughter, Risa Stevenson of Hope; four sons, Don Tewalt of Fulton, Bobby Tewalt of Hope, Gary Tewalt of Laneburg and Micheal Tewalt of Hope; one brother, Cecil Clark of Hope; two sisters, Sue Eakley of Hope and Elvis Irving of Chidester; and 12 grandchildren. Funeral services were Wednesday, February 11, at Herndon Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Bell officiating. Interment was in New Hope Cemetery under the direction of Herndon Funeral Home of Hope.
