This meeting is for all interested parents, coaches sponsors, etc. New officers will have to be elected before the baseball program can start. You are urged to attend. Elizabeth Wilson, sponsored by the Clark County Extension Homemakers Clubs, will teach how to cross-stitch on Tuesday, February 24, at 9:30 a.m. in the EHC kitchen at the Clark County Fairgrounds. Cost of the workshop is $3 per person. Attendance is limited to ten people. Sign up by Friday, February 20, by calling the Clark County Extension office at 246-2281. The Festival of Two Rivers in Arkadelphia is accepting appli-cations for its 1998 Arts and Crafts Show. The festival will be April 10 and 11 in downtown Arkadelphia. Rental fee is $35 per 10x10 booth. Electricity is provided for those who wish to demonstrate their craft. This show is open to all handmade arts and crafts, pottery, ceramics, wood crafts, and jewelry. Interested persons may receive an application through the Arkadelphia Area Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 38, Arkadelphia, or by calling 870-246-5542. Deadline is March 15. The CCIC will have its monthly membership meeting on Thursday, February 19, at 5:05 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Entergy Ready Room in Arkadelphia. This month's sponsor will be Petit Jean Poultry. At this meeting the nominating committee will be reporting on the nominees for president, vice presi-dent and secretary/treasurer. These officers will be elected at this meeting. The group will also hear an update from Charles Summerford on the status of the access road, an update on Rohr, an update on the membership drive and an update on the first CCIC Human Resource Council Meeting. Revival services will be held at New Caney Baptist Church March 1-4. Sunday evening services will start at 6:00 p.m. Other services start at 7:00 p.m. Mike Edmondson will hold the services. Alcoholics Anonymous meets on Wednesdays and Sundays at 8:00 p.m. at the American Legion building, Highway 67 North, one mile out of Gurdon. For information, phone 353-6138.
