Leathel W. BlevinsPublished Wednesday, February 25, 1998 in the Nevada County PicayuneLeathel W. Blevins, 73, died February 4, 1998, in Woodbridge, N.J. Mr. Blevins was born in Prescott to the late Marvin and Hattie Harris Blevins. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He graduated from the Iowa College of Diesel Engineering during his term in the navy. Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Klein Blevins; one son, Marvin Blevins of Edison, N.J.; one daughter, Cheryl East of Lacey, N.J., one brother, Harvey Blevins of Prescott; one sister, Nellie Harden of Prescott; and three grandchildren. Funeral services were held Fri-day, February 6, at Gosselin Funeral Home in Edison, N.J. Burial was in Woodbrige Memorial Gardens. Search | Nevada County Picayune by date | Gurdon Times by date |
