Applications For Headstart Being Sought March 9-13

Southwest Arkansas Development Council, Inc., will be taking applications for the 1998-99 program year for Headstart on March 9-13 at the Prescott Headstart Center from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Applications will be accepted on children who will be three years of age on or before September 1, 1998. Applications for 4-year-olds will be taken also.

Parents need to bring the child's immunization record, birth certificate and 1040 or 1040A of the family's income, social security card, insurance card and W.I.C. voucher (if received). If more information is needed, call Susie Jester at 887-3615.
