Hazel F. Watson

Hazel F. Watson, 64, of Emmet died Tuesday, February 24, 1998, in her home.

Mrs. Watson was born November 6, 1933, in Arp, Texas, to Felix and Irma Lee Bennett Faught. She was a retired owner-operator of Hazel's Book Nook in Hope. She was a member o f Calvary Baptist Church in Hope and a lifetime bowler.

Survivors include her husband, John M. Watson Jr. of Emmet; one son, Danny Watson of Emmet; two daughters, Judy Watson Phillips of Emmet and Joann Watson of Emmet; one brother, Gene Faught of Alexandria, La.; two sisters, Louise Couvillion of Alexandria, La., and Martha White of Alexandria, La.; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services were Thursday, February 26, at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home Chapel in Hope with Rev. Scott Neathery officiating. Burial was in Snell Cemetery in Emmet under the direction of Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home of Hope.
