Idell Loy

Idell Loy, 80, of Arkadelphia died Wednesday, March 11, 1998, at Pineview Nursing Center in Gurdon.

Mrs. Loy born was June 1, 1917, in Whelen Springs, the daughter of the late George and Maggie Herron Leamons. She provided babysitting service for children of Arkadelphia for many years. She was a member of First Assembly of God in Arkadelphia. Mrs. Loy was the widow of Wilburn Loy; she was preceded in death by two sons, J.W. and Willie Loy.

Survivors include two daughters, Shirley Cooper and Sherry Hughes, both of Whelen Springs, 10 grand-children; and 15 great grandchil-dren.

Graveside services were Satur-day, March 14, at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens with Rev. Temon Jenkins and Rev. Jake McBride offi-ciating. Interment was under the direction of Murry Ruggles Funeral Home of Arkadelphia.
