Buchanan, Sanders Announce Plans For June WeddingPublished Wednesday, March 25, 1998 in the Gurdon TimesMr. and Mrs. David A. Patterson and Mr. and Mrs. L. Greggory Buchanan, all of El Dorado, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Gretchen Jo Buchanan, to Jerry Lynn Sanders, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald G. Sanders of Hazen. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas DeWoody of Gurdon and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lindell Buchanan of Prescott. She is a 1993 graduate of El Dorado High School and is a senior occupational therapy major at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Sanders and the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Forrester all of Hazen. He is a 1993 graduate of Hazen High School, attended the Uni-versity of Arkansas of Central Arkansas, and is currently attending dental school at the University of Tennessee at Memphis.
