We at Shady Grove Baptist Church were happy to have Boughton Baptist Church as a guest on Sunday night. They used our baptistery to baptize four members. Caley Pennington was honored by her parents, Danny and Lisa, on her seventh birthday this week with a party on Thursday. Those helping her celebrate were Shelbi Cotting-ham, Sara Booker, Hannah McLel-land, Shelby Vanderveer, Brittany Bennet, Trent and Katy Cox, Garrett Crellin, Addie Byers, Janette Silliman and George and Joey Cox. Jackie Lucas from Redfield visited her mother, Mozelle Gill, at Hillcrest Care Center on Saturday and Katy Wilson returned home with her to enjoy her spring break. Congratulations to Danny Pen-nington's second place finish in a bass tournament on Lake Erling on Saturday. Betty Sue Winters from Dallas spent the weekend with her mother, Lucy Taylor, at Hillcrest Care Center. She also visited other relatives. Mozelle Gill from Hillcrest visit-ed Danny and Cherrie Wilson over the weekend. George and Joy Cox had Sunday lunch with Danny, Lisa, Kyle and Caley Pennington. I'll try to report on the sick as best I can. Mack Andrews is in a hospital in Hot Springs. Glad to report Coy Glass is home for a few days. Willie McClain, mother of Billie Ridling, remains in the hospital quiet ill. Deanie Luck from Mt. Pleasant, Texas, recently visited Frances and Jackie Bidwell.
