CaneyRuby WickerPublished Wednesday, March 25, 1998 in the Nevada County Picayune David and Linda Hacker and children, Austin and Christian, of Texarkana visited her parents, Pocket and Nez Callicott, Sunday afternoon. Don, Janice and Robert Callicott had lunch with Pocket and Nez after church Sunday. Heather and Cannon Callicott visited First Baptist Church in Prescott Sunday. Heather brought special music to their morning service. Sunday visitors with Bro. Raymond and Phenea Hicks were Bro. J.C. Bryant and wife Betty of Chidester, Bro. Lawrence Bailey of near Willisville, Annette Johnson of Cale, Sheila Purtle and children of Prescott and Terry Hicks and family, who live next door. Frank and Merlene Glass are on the ailing list and have been very sick. We had lots of people out of church Sunday with flu type symptoms. Margie Reed and Betty McBride have been sick for several weeks. Maybe the sunshine will bring better feelings. Russell and Kristy Stokes of Ft. .Worth, Texas, were overnight guests Saturday of his grandparents, Junior and Ann Loe. Peggy Fain and Jane Bradshaw of Camden visited Junior and Ann Loe Saturday and they all went to visit Jodie Waddle and his wife on their 50th wedding anniversary. Cyril, Phyllis and April Stewart, Janice Callicott and Amy Sweat had supper with me Saturday evening. Bro. J.C. and Betty Bryant of Chidester visited Bro. Junior and Ann Loe Sunday afternoon.
