Spring is here by the calendar. Some pretty days, but some have been cold and windy.

Russ Carlton sang about 45 minutes on Sunday night. It was really good. Way to go, Russ.

Lindsey Curtis was in church on Sunday night.

Mrs. Florence Helms from Malvern was also in church on Sunday night. She was visiting her daughter, June, and Bro. Tom Stevens. I think they have a trip planned for a few days trip.

Jewel and Mary Poindexter had both their grandchildren, Hayden and Raci, in church on Sunday morning.

Sorry to report the death of Thomas Silvey of Calico Rock. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Little Bodcaw. He was a long time resident of this area, a teacher, a community promoter. A few years ago they moved to Calico Rock and he later retired from teaching there. Remember his family.

Harrell and Nell Butler from Hope and Nell's sister, Betty Oswalt, of Bossier City, La., visited Deck and Earlene Butler one night for a game of dominoes.

Chris and Jennifer Waldon and little McKenzie of Patmos visited Todd Butler.

Paula Poindexter, Amanda and Douglas Higgins and baby Rusti were in church.

We were happy to have Carroll and Jane Madlock in church with us.
