Emmet Registration Set

Emmet School kindergarten registration for the 1998-99 school year will be held Thursday, April 2, and Friday, April 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Emmet School office.

Parents registering a student should bring their child's birth certificate, immunization record and social security number.

The child must be five years of age on or before October 1. In addition, the parents must present a proof of physical examination, which may be by a licensed physician or a registered nurse qualified to conduct screening examinations.

The comprehensive pre-school examination for enrolling kindergarten students will be administered by the Nevada County Health Office. An appointment may be made by calling 887- 2004.

Parents who are unable to come to the school on Thursday, April 2, or Friday April 3, should call the school at 887-2139.
