College NewsPublished Wednesday, April 8, 1998 in the Nevada County PicayuneLaDonna Ashley Burns and Keith Daniel Hyatt, seniors at Nevada High School, have been awarded technical scholarships at the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope. The scholarships are based upon an ACT score and grade point average plus a recommendation from a school official. Burns is the daughter of Wayne and Sherry Burns of Willisville. She will be pursuing a degree in associate of applied science in business technology. Hyatt is the son of Ray and Becky Forestor of Rosston. He will be pursuing a degree in industrial maintenance.
