Ken Karmel made a business trip to Chicago last week.

Kelly Karmel of Denver, Colo., has been visiting with her dad, Ken Karmel, and family for the past few days.

Kevin and Keith Karmel were both home for the weekend, visiting parents Ken and Celia. I understand Kevin is helping with installation of a computer in the Sheriff's office.

Maxine and Lucy Glass went to Little Rock Friday with their bowling team. They stayed at a Holiday Inn and returned home Sunday evening.

Don and Peggy Fain of Camden visited Saturday with her parents, Junior and Ann Loe.

Junior and Ann Loe had lunch with his sister, Ellen Sue Dougan, of Cale Saturday and all his brothers and sisters. Several in his family have April birthdays so they always have an April birthday dinner each year.

The young people of Morris Baptist Church will have a booth on trade day Saturday in Prescott, so come by to see 'us.' And don't forget Bible study at Morris on Thursday evening.

Morris is also gearing up for vacation bible school. This year we planned a one day bible school, August 29. We'll have more details later.

Charlotte Smith, Margie Reed, my daughter, Amy Sweat of McCaskil and I went shopping in Texarkana Saturday. We went by to see Betty McBride at Wadley. She had knee surgery and is now in therapy. She is planning to come home Thursday.
