He had the highest score Saturday night with 58 points. Marie Tye spent Sunday with the Bob Tye Family. Deena Kritz is home from the hospital. Remember her. Richard and Susie Miller of Idabel, Okla., came to visit mom, Maudie Miller, and to take her out for birthday dinner on Sunday. Maudie Miller celebrated all week. She went for lunch one day. Her sister, Mable Walden, was treating. Sorry to report Gladys Morehead is in serious condition in Magnolia Hospital. Edward Allen is not doing very well in a Texarkana hospital. Remember all of our sick. J.D. and Marie Allen attended funeral services for Mrs. Wilbanks. She is Pat's mother-in-law in Benton. Harlin and Nedra McKelvy and I attended funeral services for Walter Wells of Camden on Saturday. The Bertie family were to meet on Saturday for a family gathering. They usually have it around the time of Mrs. Bertie's birthday. This week's news: Little Hayden Hooker celebrated his fourth birthday with a party at grandparents, Marge and Ural Poindexter. Donald and Lanore Hooker, the proud parents, said they had a wonderful time. We were happy to have the Robert Triplett Family in church with us on Sunday night. The Ken Towsends were in church with us on Sunday. After church on Sunday, Deck and Earlene Butler, David, Peggy and Cody Butler of Blevins and I met Phyllis Butler for lunch in Arkadelphia. Jennifer and McKenzie Walton of Hope also went along. School will soon be out. Some of the kids are counting the days. Some will finish and be looking for jobs. Lindsey Curtis of Bodcaw was in church on Sunday night with Marilyn Carlton. A bridal shower for Leslie Fielding and Tim Vines will be on Saturday. The wedding is to be May 9. Best Wishes.
