Wedding PlannedPublished Wednesday, April 29, 1998 in the Gurdon TimesDickie Don and Wonda Clark of Gurdon are proud to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Charity Cayne Clark, to Glen Edward Manning, son of Roy and Neoma Manning of Curtis. Charity is a 1994 graduate of Gurdon High School and recently graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor of science degree in accounting. Glen is a 1988 graduate from Arkadelphia High School and received his bachelor of science degree in management and his masters in business administration from Henderson State University. The bride-elect is the grand-daughter of Howard and the late Hazel Clark, Birdie McKin and the late M.G. Hathcoat. The prospective groom is the grandson of Tular Karr and the late George 'Boots' Karr, and the late Roy F. and Ethel Manning. He is employed by Infinity Insurance. Christy is employed by International Paper. The couple will reside in Magnolia. The wedding will be held at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, June 14, at Camp Winnamocka just outside of Arkadelphia.
