Doris Marie RidgellPublished Wednesday, October 20, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneDoris Marie Ridgell, 74, of Prescott died Thursday, October 14, 1999, in Redford, Texas. Mrs. Ridgell was born September 17, 1925, in Hempstead County to J.B. Stone and Maggie McKinnon Stone. She was a housewife and member of Boughton Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Andrew Ridgell, in 1996. Survivors include two sons, Herbert Duane Ridgell and Paul Andrew Ridgell, both of Prescott; two daughters, Charlotte Kay Wren of Prescott and Boletta Crabtree of Bedford, Texas; two sisters, Wanda Stevens of Prescott and Mary Perkins of Pasadena, Texas, 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Funeral services were Sunday, October 17, at Shackelford Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Westmoreland.
