Thomas Earl Barfield

Thomas Earl Barfield, 81, of Gurdon died Tuesday, April 28, 1998.

Mr. Barfield was a lumber in-spector for International Paper and a member and deacon of Sycamore Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Ella Faye Barfield; two sons, Tommy Joe Barfield of Texarkana, Texas, and Jimmie O. Barfield of Texarkana, Ark.; two daughters, Jackie Faye Reseker, of Texarkana, Ark., and Judy King of Gurdon; two sisters, Helen Vance of Bakersfield, Calif., and Dixie Huber of Senora, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were Thursday, April 29, in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery by Horne Funeral Home of Gurdon.
