Opal Agnes HamiltonPublished Wednesday, May 6, 1998 in the Nevada County PicayuneOpal Agnes Hamilton, 96, of Prescott died Monday, April 27, 1998, in Little Rock. Mrs. Hamilton was owner and operator of Hamilton Electric and Gift Shop. She was preceded in death by her husband Rodney S. Hamilton who died in 1997. Mrs. Hamilton was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Rodney and Sandy Hamilton of Little Rock; five grandchildren and spouses, Howard and Cathie Hamilton, Mary Tasker, Mark Hamilton, Kelly and Scott Freeman and Jamie and Matt Clark; four great grandchildren, Ryan Hamilton, Daniel Tasker, Jamie McCurdy and David Tasker; one nephew, John C. Steger; two nieces, Josephine Shapiro and Lynnelle Boiservert; and numerous other loved nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held April 30 at First Presbyterian Church with Mike Steed officiating. Burial was in DeAnn Cemetery under the direction of Shackelford Funeral Home of Prescott.
