Mamie Stuart Hall WellsPublished Wednesday, May 20, 1998 in the Nevada County PicayuneMamie Stuart Hall Wells, 87, of Prescott died Saturday, May 16, 1998, in St. Michael Health Care Center in Texarkana, Texas. Mrs. Wells was born December 22, 1910. She was the youngest of ten children and the last survivor of D.D. and Mary Etta Stuart. She was a mother, housewife and a member of Missionary Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, W.B. Hall, and one grandson, Kevin Wayne Hall. Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Bobby Joe and Joyce Hall and Billy Gene and Minnie Sue Hall both of Prescott, and Donald R. and Melba Hall of Hope; eight grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren. Funeral services were Tuesday, May 19, a Missionary Grove Baptist Church with Bro. Tom Stevens, Bro. Neil Ridling and Bro. Ricky Burke officiating. Burial was in Nubbin Hill Cemetery under the direction of Shackelford Funeral Home of Prescott. Pallbearers were her grandsons, Ronnie Hall, Keith Hall, Jeff Hall, Tim Hall, Mark Hall, Ronnie Hernsberger, Bryan Crabtree and Joel R. Patterson.
