Felon Returned To CountyBY JOHN MILLERPublished Wednesday, October 20, 1999 in the Nevada County Picayune A Prescott felon was returned to Nevada County after being located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Authorities returned Don Ray Wisenhunt, 25, of Prescott, for parole violation and failure to comply with a court order. Another warrant, this one for second degree forgery, was also out on Wisenhunt.
