BodcawAline ClausPublished Wednesday, May 20, 1998 in the Nevada County Picayune Graduation day is here. Congratulations to all seniors. Bodcaw had lunch at church for its graduates. Mrs. Roy Brown is in a Little Rock hospital. She has been real sick. She is better and may get to come home in a few days. Tillman and Myron Caudle has been spending a few days with Alvin Butler. They attended church with him on Sunday. Deck and Earlene Butler and David and Peggy Butler of Blevins went to Cabot for graduation of Chad Butler. Phyllis joined them in Little Rock. Maudie Miller attended graduation for grandson, Jeremy, on Thursday night. She went home with Sherry Kay Lane and her family of Greenwood. Then they attended graduation of another grandson, Josh Lane, on Friday night. Geraldine Campbell also was present. Maudie and Geraldine came home on Saturday. Marie Tye was to have all her family for a gathering on Saturday night. I don't know how many attended. Special singing on Sunday night by Wilbur Poindexter and Paula Cummings.
