Bobby Young and wife's anniversary was held at Oak Grove Baptist Church Sunday, May 17. Rev. Bobby Box, pastor of Harrison Chapel Baptist Church, brought the message. Corine Morgan is out of Hillcrest Care and Rehab in Prescott and is at home. Bessie Simpson Bazzelle passed away last Thursday morning in Medical Park Hospital in Hope. Her funeral was Monday at Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was buried in New Salem Cemetery in Rosston. Miss Kathryn Scott will be the speaker at the alumni banquet in July. She is one of our former teachers at Oak Grove. Everyone is anxious to see her. She was a really good teacher. Alvern Hick Ellis lost her husband in Detroit.
