Birthday Party Is Held

Two family members were honored with a party at Lake Greeson Saturday, May 30. Katelan Toland turned six years old Saturday.

She was given a Barbie party and enjoyed the afternoon swimming and going riding in her cousin's ski boat.

Kelly Purifoy graduated from Gurdon High School on May 15. She was also honored by family and friends.

She was presented a scrapbook containing a poem and pictures to bring back memories of her childhood camping at the lake.

Thirty five people attended the party. These included Dennis, Janet, Leah and Katelan Toland; Calvin and Juanita Toland; Buster and Ollie Purifoy; Erin McKay; Olivia Rogers; Doug, Nancy, Amy, and Kelly Purifoy; Doug Jr., Tracy and Tara Purifoy; Opie Nelson; Eddie and Lassie Whitworth; Timmy and Trey Whitworth; Shirley Whitworth; Kathy Boyte; Karen, Lance and Kristen Hodges; Mark and Michelle Whitworth; Vicky and Brandon Beard; Ottis and Fonda Purifoy; Betty Jones; and her friend, Rita.
