School is out and vacation time is here. Are you planning a trip?

Mable Walden spent Tuesday night with her sister, Maudie Miller. They had a lot of laughs looking at old pictures. It is always fun to remember former days.

Linda and Labe Haynie entertained mom, Marie Tye, with a birthday party on Saturday night. Don't know how many of the family members attended the party. Many more, Marie.

I had company on Saturday and Sunday Santa's family of Dallas came. It was a great grandchildren visit. The girls wanted to show off their babies. I had four greats. One over 3 years, one 6 months and two tiny ones. It was great seeing all of them.

Fellowship at church as it was the fifth Sunday and youth did the music, teaching and everything.

The Bill Clements are vacation-ing in Texas. They are sightseeing and visiting his brother.

Harrel and Nell Butler and her sister, Betty Iswalt of Bossier visited Dick and Earlene Butler on Friday night for a game of dominoes.

Chris, Jennifer and McKenzie Walton attended church on Sunday and enjoyed the fellowship and food.
