Wedding Is SetPublished Wednesday, June 10, 1998 in the Gurdon TimesMrs. Belinda Whitlock of Gurdon and Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Whitlock of Benton announce the engagement of their daughter, Kerri Allison, to John 'Rusty' Ross, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ross of Gurdon. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Marjorie Wingfield of Gurdon and the late David Wingfield and F.E. Whitlock of North Little Rock and the late Willie Whitlock. She is a graduate of Gurdon High School, Ouachita Baptist University, and University of Central Arkansas. The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John Hardman and Wilma Ross of Fordyce and the late Robert Ross. He is a graduate of Gurdon High School and Ouachita Baptist University. He is currently a graduate student at Henderson State University. The wedding will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 1, in Beech Street Baptist Church of Gurdon.
