Callie was born at Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton on May 18, 1998. She weighed 8 pounds 1/4-ounce and was 20 inches long. Grandparents are Johnny and Reia Calley and Larry and Annette White of Gurdon. Everyone is invited to join with friends and family in celebrating the one-hundredth birthday of Belva Black on Sunday, June 21, from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. at Beech Street Baptist Church, 1305 East Main Street in Gurdon. Go-Devil Bash will be at Arlington Hotel in Hot Springs on June 26 and 27. Classes from the 1950s and '60s are sought. Contact Bill Wells at 870-353-4335.
