The Bluff City Helping Hands Extension Homemakers Club met June 12 at the Church of Christ. There were ten members present.

All members were glad to have Laverne Green's daughter, Gail Burke, and three children and her guest Mary at the meeting.

Meeting was called to order by Marguerite Tomlin, president.

Ruth Sullivan gave the treasurer's report.

Mrs. Betty Lewis won the door prize.

All the members enjoyed potluck and good cold drinks.

The program was last. Members had a lot to discuss and plans to make for the coming year.

Thanks to Candace Carrie the club has a lot of different ideas to work with. The lesson was on 'Where do we go from here?'

The meeting in June will take place at White Oak Lake with potluck. There will be a lot of good food and games for all.

Food service committee for July, August and September are Hazel Plyler, Betty Perkins and Vernell Loe.
