Wedding Is Set For July 11Published Wednesday, June 24, 1998 in the Gurdon TimesMr. and Mrs. Glenn Caldwell of Benton announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Ashley Caldwell, to Chet Aaron White. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Harry and June Caldwell of Benton and Sam Richards of Marquiz, Texas, and Dennis and Sarah Goodman of Youngstown, Ohio. She is a 1995 graduate of Benton High School and a junior psychology major at Henderson State University. She is a member of Alpha Sigma Tau sorority. The prospective bridegroom is the son of Galen and Brenda White of Arkadelphia. He is the grandson of Leon and Sue White of Okolona and the late Harmon and Hattie Sue White of Arkadelphia. He is a 1994 graduate of Arkadelphia High School and is currently employed at Scroll Technologies. Family and friends are invited to attend a ceremony at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, July 11, at First Baptist Church in Benton. A reception will follow at Trace Creek Country Club.
