Dorothy Joan ChipmanPublished Wednesday, July 1, 1998 in the Nevada County PicayuneDorothy Joan Chipman, 61, formerly of Hope died Sunday, June 21, 1998, in San Angelo, Texas. Mrs. Chipman was born April 29, 1937, to Truell and Viola Coles Hogue. She was a retired LPN and a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church. Survivors include her husband, Henry Chipman of San Angelo; two sons, Larry and Terry Goodrich both of Little Rock; one daughter, Becky Langston of Hope; two brothers, Bob Fish of Texas and Dick Fish of Coras Cove, Calif., three grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren. Graveside services were Friday, June 26, at Harmony Cemetery in Sutton with Rev. Jerry Westmoreland officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Herndon Funeral Home of Hope.
