I've had two or three asking me and in case you're wondering, my electric blanket is off.

Shady Grove Baptist Church has really been a busy one. Twenty-eight youth and sponsors spent last week at Budd Camp at Greers Ferry. On Sunday morning they had services at Lake DeGray. Those attending were Bro. Mike Taylor, Pam, Andy and Christina, Paul, Kim, Trent and Katy Cox, Jerry, Rhonda, Justin and Cole Hillery, Jay, Gail, Wesley, Eli, Kelsey, Ben, Josh and Aaron Ratcliff, John Gina, Erica and Ryan Burdue, Danny, Lisa, Kyle and Caley Pennington and Myla, Garrett and Darby Crellin.

Perry and Vicki Brantly from Mountain Home visited George and Joy Cox on Saturday.

Lela Faye Ridling honored her husband, Bill, on his birthday Sunday with a family get together.

Jean Alexander had lunch with Neil and me on Thursday. Todd Taylor ate lunch with us on Sunday.

Nell and Howard McDaniel from Monroe, La., recently visited Jackie and Frances Bidwell.

Audrey and Kermit Nix have returned from a trip to Loleda, Texas.

Mary Lee Kisselburg is visiting her mother-in-law, Opal Kisselburg, in Seymore, Texas.

Willie and Julene Hulan spent Saturday in Emerson attending the Purple Hull Pea Festival and visiting her brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Audrey Curtis.

Gus Kisselburg is attending a high adventure hike at the Boy Scout Camp Philmont in New Mexico. His mother, Jacque, went to Boy Scout Camp Pioneer in Mena for two days and returned home because of illness.

Larry, Dana, Zack and Zoie Beth hosted a birthday party for Zayne on Wednesday, June 17, at the Prescott city pool for his seventh birthday. The pool was full of family and friends including his grandparents from hope helping Zayne celebrate.

Congratulations to Zack and Zayne Otwell and the Bank of Delight Junior Little League baseball team for having an undefeated season and becoming tournament and league champions. Also congrats to Zack for being selected as a member of the 8- and 9- year-old All Star Team. They will compete Friday at 4:00 p.m. against the Rosston All Stars in Sparkman. Good luck to the Prescott All Stars.

Those having Father's Day lunch with George and Joy Cox were Gary, Gawyn, Grant and Gigi Golden from Murfreesboro and Danny, Lisa, Kyle and Caley Pennington.
