I am on cloud nine. Our son Charles and his wife of Mayesville, S.C., are going to be here Tuesday to spend a few days.

Cathrine Hooks is in Columbia Medical Park Hospital in Hope with pneumonia.

Mr. and Mrs. Teddy House and two of his friends of Powderly, Texas, spent last Monday with Everett and Mary Orren.

Annie Mae Hooks spent the weekend with her daughter, Diane Blankenship, and her husband of Ashdown. She also visited her new great granddaughter, Morgan Page Copeland.

Wanda Stevens, Rickey McAllester, Herbie Ridgell and Margo Green visited Doris Ridgell Saturday.

The Terrell Ingersoll and Donald Ingersoll families had a picnic lunch together on Cold Run Creek Sunday. Elsie Elmore was their guest.

Bro. Friday of White Oak Lake preached at Boughton Church Sunday.

Willie Hugh and Carolyn Hooks and Doris Wells spent Wednesday with us. They did some house cleaning for me.

Roy Brown is still in Wadley Hospital at Texarkana. He hopes to come home soon.

Mr. and Mrs. Rickey McAllester of Little Rock visited his daughters, Pam, Meme and Dodie, Saturday. J.D. and Meme Dickinson and children of Nashville, Pam McAllester and a friend of Fort Worth, Texas, met at the home of Greg and Dodie Ridling for a cookout. Others attending were Greg's mother, Herbie Ridgell, Margo Green, Angie Wren and children and Joe and Kay Wren.

Remember love is an active verb.
