Students In Athletics Need To Get PhysicalsPublished Wednesday, July 29, 1998 in the Nevada County PicayunePhysicals for students participating in athletics will be Saturday, August 1, at the office of Dr. Charles A. Vermont starting at 7:30 a.m. All athletes should report to the field house by 7:15 a.m. to be bussed to the clinic for the physicals. If you plan to come by private vehicle you will need to be at Dr. Vermont's office at 7:15 a.m. If you cannot make it for physicals on this date, you will need to get a signed statement from your coach and call Dr. Vermont's office to schedule a time for your physical. If you don't have a signed statement from your coach, physicals will be $35. If you have a signed statement, but do not have a physical August 1, there will be a $10 charge for any physicals after that date. You must bring a medical history form filled out and signed by your parents. If you did not get one in the mail, you may pick one up at Dr. Vermont's office.
