One Arrested For Drugs And Drug ParaphernaliaBY JOHN MILLERPublished Wednesday, August 19, 1998 in the Nevada County Picayune A vehicle stopped without lights led to the arrest of a 20-year-old Prescott man recently. Nevada County Sheriff's Deputy Danny Martin responded to a call concerning a vehicle with no lights at Rosston. Upon arrival, Martin roused the driver and noticed the odor of alcohol coming from him. The driver, Vincent Muldrow, was searched, with Martin finding a small plastic bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, rolling papers and a marijuana pipe. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and taken to the Nevada County Jail. PRISONER RETURNING A 35-year-old Prescott man will soon be returned from Flint, Mich. According to Wayne Kisselburg, criminal investigator for the Prescott Police Department and Nevada County Sheriff's Office, Tony Cole was picked up in Flint on two outstanding warrants from Nevada County. One of the warrants was for failure to appear on charges of theft of property and robbery. The other warrant is for delivery of a controlled substance and was obtained by the South Central Drug Task Force. Cole was initially picked up on Sunday, Aug. 2, appeared before a judge in Michigan Monday, Aug. 3, and signed a waiver of extradition on Friday, Aug. 7.
