Play Group Forming

A play group is being formed at Prescott Elementary School.

Pre-school children ages three and four need to register so they can attend. Parents may contact Kelly Jones, parent coordinator at PES.

The children will meet every Tuesday beginning September 15 at the school in the parent center. It will be 1+ hours of quality play time, exciting story time and the child will get a take- home craft.

The goal is to give the children, who are not enrolled in a pre-school, to have the opportunity to learn to share and make new friends while still in the comfort of their parents, according to Jones.

The play group will meet every from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. for seven weeks. It will end October 27. Space will be limited on a first come, first serve basis.

Parents, grandparents or guardians will need to pick up a registration form at the parent center at PES between the hours of 7:30 and 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.

Refreshments will be served for those who attend. There will be no charge for this time of fun and learning for your child.
