Pre-wedding Parties

The bride was honored with a miscellaneous shower on May 31 at the First United Methodist Church fellowship hall in Sparkman. Hostesses were Irma Denton, Opal Taylor, Dorothy Denton, Barbara Givens, Lula B. Shirron, Ellen Horseman, Patti Ramsay, Judy Abbot, Peggy Abbot, Pat Fite, Jeannie Taylor, Phyllis Ramsay, Atha Faye Mahan, Jettie Posey, Lorice Dunlap, Jeanette Wright and Royce Sorrells.

A drop-in shower was given June 2 in the Baptist Medical Center classroom annex in Arkadelphia. Hostesses included Sharon Tobin, Karen Lowe, Michelle Robbins, Dana Roberts, Dawana Smith, Diedra Middletown, Linda Franklin and June Jester.

On June 13 a recipe shower was given in the Third Street Baptist Church fellowship hall in Arkadelphia. Hostesses were Traci Burnham and Pat Aycock.

A lingerie shower was given in the home of Ola Merle Wingfield on July 7. The shower was hosted by Amanda Fenocchi, Debra Wewers, Margie Nutt, July Hollingsworth and Ola Merle Wingfield.

The rehearsal dinner, hosted by Wayne and Judy McCauley, was July 17 at the Twin Oaks Bed and Breakfast following the rehearsal. Guests included members of the wedding party, grandparents, parents of the bride, relatives and out-of-town guests.
