Brazeale, McCauley Wed At Sparkman Church

Teresa Brazeale and Rick McCauley were married July 18 in the First United Methodist Church in Sparkman. Rev. Keith Dodson officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Brazeale of Sparkman. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Wayne McCauley of Okolona.

The alter was decorated with a large fan arch candelabra draped with ivy and a large tulle bow with spiral candelabras adorning each side. Two large arrangements of red roses, stargazer lilies, white gladiolus and snapdragons stood on white columns and ferns filled the background with ivy scalloping the chancel rail.

Bouquets of red roses were place on the piano and organ on top of a satin table runner.

The aisles were marked with ivory tulle bows. The parents' aisle was lined with a pew candelabra surrounded by stargazer lilies, red roses, snapdragons and ivy with tulle bows.

The windows were adorned with candles, magnolias and ivy.

Wedding music was provided by vocalist Karen Manning, pianist Irma Denton, organist Janette Patterson.

Candlelighters were Britnie McCauley and Katie McCauley of Prescott. Flower girls were Hannah Eddington and Sarah Eddington of Benton. Gavan McCauley of Prescott served as ring bearer.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose a formal gown of ivory and rum pink Italian silky satin and Alencon lace. The bodice, featuring an off-the-shoulder V- shaped neckline, was fitted with Alencon pearled appliques embellished with clear sequins down the princess waist. A tiered bow with ribbon streamers cascades down the semi-cathedral train from the back of the waist with scattered rosettes and Alencon lace embellished with pearls and satin.

The waist length double-layered veil of illusion was secured by a cluster of roses and pearls. She carried a bouquet of red and white roses, stargazer lilies and cascading ivy with tulle streamers.

Traci Burnham of Benton and Amanda Fenocchi of Arkadelphia served as matrons of honor. Catherine McCauley of Arkadelphia served as bridesmaid. The attendants wore black crepe and chiffon floor length gowns and carried a bouquet of red roses tied with ivory fabric.

Gary McCauley of Prescott, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were David Brazeale of Sparkman and Steve Eddington of Benton.

Guests were seated by Brian Ramsay and Corey Ramsay of Holly Springs.

Book attendants were Holly Quarles of Bearden and Rebecca Swan of Counce, Tenn.

Following the ceremony, a reception was enjoyed by the guests in the church fellowship hall.

The bride's table and the groom's table were place in front of a large white lattice entwined with ivory.

The bride's cake flowers featured orchids, stargazer lilies, red roses, white larkspur and stock.

The groom's cake was chocolate with strawberries on top.

Arrangements on the buffet table were accented with ivy and green and white orchids. Tables for the reception were draped with white linens, featuring arrangements of white and burgundy orchids entwined with ivy.

Reception attendants were Debra Wewers, Michelle Robbins, Shelly Loe, Angela Middletown, Diedra Middletown of Arkadelphia, and Leah Ramsay and Lori Ramsay of Holly Springs.
