BPW Sale Sept. 26 In CamdenPublished Wednesday, September 9, 1998 in the Nevada County PicayuneThe 30th annual Business and Professional Women's barn sale will be September 26 in Camden. Those going to the big sale can start the day with a stack of pancakes at the Kiwanis pancake breakfast in the Camden Fairview High School cafeteria on Cash Road, from 6:00 to 11:00 a.m. then it's on to the 30th annual BPW barn sale, tagged as south Arkansas' premier arts and crafts festival, for a full day of fun. With over 150 craft exhibits, this year's sale promises to be bigger and better then ever. Live entertainment is scheduled throughout the day and plenty of food will be available, including pizza, catfish, blooming onion, yogurt, cotton candy and more. The children will enjoy a variety of activities throughout the day. Sale hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with no charge for admission, but a $2 fee is required for parking on the grounds. The Historical Society will display the stagecoach from the Chidester House during the day.
