Quintin Radford, pastor. Appreciation services will be held Sunday, October 18, at 3:00 p.m. at Providence A.M.E. Church in the Kansas community in honor of their pastor and his wife, Rev. and Sis. Flostene Quarles, and their family. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Special guests will be Mt. Canaan Baptist Church of Gurdon, Rev. Johnny C. Harris, pastor, and speaker, Sis. Lila J. Bell, worship leader, Rev. Flostene Quarles, pastor. Annual church anniversary Sunday, October 18, at 3:00 p.m. at Ronoke Baptist Church in the Greenville community. Everyone and all churches are welcome. Special guests will be Harrison Chapel Baptist Church of Delight, Pleasant Grove Baptist Church of Okolona and Antoine community. Rev. Rufus R. The 129th annual session of the Southwest District Missionary Baptist Association will continue through October 23. Dr. C.K. Yarber, moderator, and the District Women's Association, Sis. Delores Hodge, president. The program is being held at Gennesaret Missionary Baptist Church in Arkadelphia. Rev. Charles Hood, pastor. The theme for the program is 'Empowering God's People for the Challenge of the 21st Century.' The sub-theme is 'Re-examining Old Testament Model for the 21st Century.' The theme song is On the Battlefield. Pre-musical will be Wednesday night, October 21, at 7:00 p.m. Southwest District Choir is in charge. Dr. Kenneth Harris is director.
