Terry Ronald FairchildPublished Wednesday, October 7, 1998 in the Nevada County PicayuneTerry Ronald Fairchild, 58, of Roanoke, Texas, formerly of Rosston, died Tuesday, September 29, 1998, at his home. Mr. Fairchild was born August 14, 1940, at Rosston. He was a retired truck driver for Hadley Auto Transport Company and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Fairchild of Roanoke, Texas; four sons, Jason Fairchild of Arlington, Texas, Chris Fairchild of Richardson, Texas, Tom Tyre of Springtown, Texas and Travis Tyre of Benbrook, Texas; two daughters, Sherri Scholoman of Granbury, Texas, and Michelle Lindsey of San Saba, Texas; his mother, Emma Lou Fairchild of Irving, Texas; one brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Cyndy Fairchild of Arlington, Texas; 16 grandchildren; and two nephews, Ian and Nathan Fairchild, both of Arlington , Texas. Funeral service were held Thursday, October 1, at Union Baptist Church in Bodcaw with burial in Union Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Stamps.
